30-Day Return Policy
- Cancellation: We provide full refunds for orders cancelled before they're shipped or produced. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- Returns: You can return items within 30 days of receipt, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging. Include a receipt or proof of purchase. You'll need to cover the cost of shipping to our returns warehouse. Note: We're not responsible for issues arising from freight forwarding or reshipping services.
- Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we'll send an email about the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your payment method within a few days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If your refund hasn't arrived, check your bank account, and contact your credit card company or bank.

Important Notes:

- Avoid using extension cords or adapters.
- Chargers with actual power output lower than their rated power may cause repeated restarts.

Excellent charger, I was a bit put off that there was no brick to charge with, but I’ll say the magnets for connecting the batteries are strong enough. Would’ve given 5 stars if the 100w brick was included.

I can't find any negative. The build quality is robust and placing/removing battery packs is super easy thanks to the magnets, pogo pin contacts and especially the sticky silicone mat holding the dock tight on any even surface without the need of a heavy metal base or glue. Very smart design! Good they went with a matte finish and white, so I don't worry about scratches all that much. Wish I could test whether the overcharge protection is working. The charging speed is fast enough, even with my 65W wall charger. I'm using two battery packs, alternating between them. One of them is always fully charged.

It’s the smartest charger I have ever seen. It can control wattage on all three at the same time. It knows how charged each one. Shuts the charge off on each one when full. A lot of vents. I love it thank you

got the strap ... sorry correction SUPER !!!!!! strap . And definitely it is amazing ,especially in combination with the BD3 Charging Dock and 3 B100 Battery Pack its a never ending playing experience. my Quest 3 is BOBOVR'd up to the max. its super quality . just ordered the new C3 Carrying Case that's the confidents I have in there products.
