30-Day Return Policy
- Cancellation: We provide full refunds for orders cancelled before they're shipped or produced. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- Returns: You can return items within 30 days of receipt, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging. Include a receipt or proof of purchase. You'll need to cover the cost of shipping to our returns warehouse. Note: We're not responsible for issues arising from freight forwarding or reshipping services.
- Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we'll send an email about the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your payment method within a few days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If your refund hasn't arrived, check your bank account, and contact your credit card company or bank.

Das Ersatzakku System ist immer noch ungeschlagen. Mit den starken Magneten schnappen die Akkus blitzschnell ein, ohne das Headset abzusetzen zu müssen.

Einzig was mich stört ist, dass die Beleuchtung stetig leuchtet, wenn es am Ladegerät hängt und bei erreichen der vollen Kapazität nicht aus geht.. Ansonsten gut verarbeitet.

3 of these batteries could just about keep your oculus going indefinitely which is nice when we're having a family beat saber battle well into the night and casting it to our TV.

The two pack of extra batteries arrived well earlier than predicted. I liked the packaging, no fuss, just a cardboard around the batteries. They came fully charged, ready to use. The battery charges the headset and playing an hour takes about half a battery. So I would assume one battery lasts for about 2 hours. 4 LEDs tell you the remaining charge. They are super easy to exchange, just lift it away and stick the next to the Bobovr M2 headstrap, the battery is held by strong magnets.If you didn't get the Bobovr M2 headstrap already, then opt for the headstrap -charging base - battery pack. The headstrap is amazing and balances the headset very well. No headaches anymore.

I love how easily these batteries pop onto the back of the headset. Just get it close and the magnet pulls it in and holds it tight. It never misses.The battery life is just ok. I expect 90 minutes but may get a little more sometimes, maybe less others. It’s worth it to me. I have 3 of them.I have not experienced the buzzing sounds as of yet.
