30-Day Return Policy
- Cancellation: We provide full refunds for orders cancelled before they're shipped or produced. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- Returns: You can return items within 30 days of receipt, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging. Include a receipt or proof of purchase. You'll need to cover the cost of shipping to our returns warehouse. Note: We're not responsible for issues arising from freight forwarding or reshipping services.
- Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we'll send an email about the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your payment method within a few days.

- The B100U upgrade kit supports the BOBOVR M1/M2/M3 series strap, allowing for a complete upgrade of the original B2 battery system, providing higher charging power and double the available capacity.
- Still using BOBOVR's innovative battery swap design, the new battery architecture separates the discharge module from the battery pack to reduce heat generation. The battery pack adopts a high-voltage scheme (4.2v - 8.4v), increasing the discharge efficiency by 6% compared to the old model, and adding low battery alerts and precise battery level monitoring.
- New B100 battery system: Compared to the B2, the capacity has increased from 5200mAh to 10000mAh without changing the volume, a 92% increase in battery capacity with only a 28% increase in weight. Due to higher output efficiency, the available capacity is twice that of the B2.
- Enhanced services: If you wish, we offer an additional fast charging dock BD3, supporting 30W fast charging power, which can charge up to 80% in 1 hour for 3 hours of usage (the slow charging provided by the battery pack itself takes 4 hours, requiring more charging time due to nearly doubling the capacity compared to the B2).

Brilliant wee units, this is the fourth one I havw bought for my modest VR arcade. Admittadyy I do attach them to HTC DAS straps, but they adapt really well with some heavy duty velcro to any strap ;)

Great battery upgrade for Bobovr’s straps that have upgradable backplates with screwdriver and extra screws provided. It beeps when connected to the black battery magnetic housing dock, and when battery is low during use, brilliant! Magnetic hot-swapping is the key component to having this for any of the Meta quest line devices, no need to remove your headset! The large battery capacity is also a bonus but does add weight which is good for back of the head counterbalancing. Both battery and dock stay cool, no warmth or heat from neither end of the cable and most of all zero buzzing noises when in use with my Meta Quest 3.I DIY this upgrade battery kit to my Kiwi Design headstrap by using Kiwi’s 3 in 1 fixing battery strap and adhesive Velcro brand strip. The fixing strap has the softer velcro on one side so I just cut the excess straps of it to fit the Bobovr battery magnetic dock. I then used Velcro brand’s adhesive hook velcro side to the back of the Bobovr battery magnetic dock. I simply mimicked Bobovr’s older B2 universal battery dock kit. Now my Kiwi has hot-swappable battery system with removable velcro for when I want to use it without the battery kit.The one thing that impressed me is the on and off buttons on the black magnetic dock itself! Not even Jaybratt and other YT’ers make mention of this which is really disappointing, especially since some of them are Bobovr ambassadors. This is mentioned right on the box when you open the kit too! You push the button once to turn on the magnetic dock, then hold for 3-4 seconds to turn it off. It’s such an awesome feature if you want to completely shut off your Quest device for a few days without needing to remove the battery off the dock. I don’t keep my Meta Quest 3 plugged in all the time so this feature was an awesome discovery!This new battery system from Bobovr is top notch! Highly recommend trying it out!
