30-Day Return Policy
- Cancellation: We provide full refunds for orders cancelled before they're shipped or produced. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- Returns: You can return items within 30 days of receipt, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging. Include a receipt or proof of purchase. You'll need to cover the cost of shipping to our returns warehouse. Note: We're not responsible for issues arising from freight forwarding or reshipping services.
- Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we'll send an email about the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your payment method within a few days.

Love this dock. It's easy to swap out my battery to charge as I'm playing so I always have an extra battery available.

Great addition to my Quest 3 set up.
Adds almost 2 hours play time to my headset and also charges up the batterys in less than 2 hours.
Recommended.

If you have a Bobo headstrap, this is a must buy! I like having two batteries, and being able to charge both on the included charging pad! A+ 😁👍

They last about around an hour. I haven’t been able to use the VR battery in both of them in one sitting yet. So, it will give you a long game play time!

These magnetic battery packs are awesome. They really SNAP into place and are very secure. You can hot swap the batteries very easily without taking off the head gear. The charge dock is simple and effective. I have not had any of the humming or buzzing problems that I have seen a lot of other people have experienced. Great purchase!
