30-Day Return Policy

Cancellation: We provide full refunds for orders cancelled before they're shipped or produced. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Returns: You can return items within 30 days of receipt, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging. Include a receipt or proof of purchase. You'll need to cover the cost of shipping to our returns warehouse. Note: We're not responsible for issues arising from freight forwarding or reshipping services.
Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we'll send an email about the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your payment method within a few days.

The B100 battery requires the B100U upgrade kit to be compatible with the M1/M2 plus series and M3Pro/M3mini. Please check the B100U upgrade kit.

Brand new B100 battery system: Compared with B2, while the volume remains unchanged, the cell capacity is increased from 5200mah to 10000mah, the battery capacity is increased by 92%, and the weight is only increased by 28%. Thanks to the higher output efficiency, the available capacity is B2 2 times;
Using high-precision BMS chips from Texas Instruments, it can accurately calculate the available battery power and transmit it to the load end to provide 1-100% battery display;（The battery pack itself comes with 4 LEDs for quick battery level checking.）
Built in multiple temperature sensors and protection switches, real-time detection of temperature at different internal positions, significantly reducing working temperature compared to the previous generation of products;
Enhanced services: If you are willing, we offer an additional fast charging dock BD3, supporting 30W fast charging power. It can charge up to 80% in 1 hour, providing 3 hours of usage (the slow charging provided by the battery pack itself takes 4 hours, requiring more charging time due to nearly doubling the capacity compared to the B2).
