1. Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. However, we cannot cancel orders for products that have already been shipped.
2. Returns
Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
· Unused
· In the same condition as you received it
· In its original packaging
To initiate a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, you will need to ship the goods to your local returns warehouse at your own expense. For the return address, please contact our customer service at support@bobovr.com.
Important: Due to international shipping regulations, products containing batteries cannot be transported via air freight. We are only responsible for delivery to the address provided at the time of purchase. If delivery issues arise due to freight forwarding or reshipping services, our return policy will not apply.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirmation. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund and apply a credit to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, please follow these steps:
① Check your bank account again.
② Contact your credit card company; refunds may take some time to process.
③ Contact your bank; there is often a processing period for refunds.
